Egg fasting for a second time because I cheated! Word to the wise: cheating is NOT WORTH IT. It has seriously felt like a two day hang over. I’m back on track with day 3 of egg fasting. Put myself back in to ketosis and make my goals a reality! #watchmeshrink #keto #eggfast #ketosis #motivationstation #health #fitness #determination #healthychoices #healthyeating #healthyfats by amysketogram Source by ifstacking

Burger Review: The Santa Barbara Double Char Cheeseburger with Bacon Jalapeños and Double Avocado all snuggled in a Lettuce Wrap. Happy Wednesday everyone. Yesterday I took my first time crack at the @habitburgergrill for lunch. DAAAAAMN why did I wait this long?? This was stupendous! So many people swear that this is better than in n out I will have to say I very slightly agree but in a different way. They are two completely different tasting burgers and I like them both but I might like this habit burger a little better. I absolutely love having that char flavor hit my buds when I bite into a burger its been a while since Ive tasted that. The bacon was crispy and the avocado was in abundance especially since it was #nationalavocadoday yesterday. Seems like every day is some national something day. Cant keep track of it anymore. Im looking forward to my next crack at this but instead of a lettuce wrap Im going to try a burger bowl that somebody mentioned. #happyhumpday all. #burge...

Mexican night! I went though two supermarkets the other day looking for junk-free Mexican seasoning without sugar additives or modified starches. Instead I ended up making my own seasoning! That night we had a lovely Mexican inspired stew with chicken served with avocado lots of coriander and the popular cauliflower-cheese buns from the blog #dinner #mexicanfood #instafood #lowcarb #lowcarbhighfat #lchf #paleodiet #lchfdeutschland #LivingLCHF #ketodiet #keto #paleofood #healthyfats #realfood #dairyfree #grainfree #glutenfree #sugarfree #junkfree #foodblog #mycopenhagenkitchen by @mycopenhagenkitchen Source by mymomsmole
