Its not the fact youre cutting out carbs or counting your sins or whatever the fck theyre called. Typically when youre on a diet you do two things differently; EAT LESS / MOVE MORE. Let me simplify this for you. Every single one of us will burn a certain amount of calories per day which varies depending how active we are. So someone whos in the building trade will typically use more energy compared to someone sitting at a desk 9-5. Once we know the number of calories we burn we can then say if we EAT the same amount of calories or weight would stay the same – MAINTENANCE CALORIES. So if you want to lose weight simply eat 10-20% under this number to create a sustainable deficit. No magic ingredients in these bullshit shakes so save your money.
