I wish I could have taken a better picture to depict how delicious this cabbage steak it. Roasted at 400 for 40 topped with balsamic dressing and goats cheese. Also side of a chicken sausage which I didnt read the label while eating and its 7 netcarbs for one. Le sigh. Days like today are going to happen I was picking at non keto things I ate all three meals (which is rare) but today was a great day.
