So. I havent been posting. Ive been back on plan for three days. Somehow two slices of pizza made me gain 4 pounds. Ive been guzzling water staying low carb and still get my daily steps in. Today I woke up 0.4 pounds heavier than yesterday. Im very frustrated. No beyond that. Im mad. I dont know what the issue is. I have some errands today so Im going to fast as long as possible. Then Ill have a protein shake. Ill only drink water. Im also going to workout at the gym and later in the pool.
