Difference of Baguio, String, and Green Beans – One of my techniques in preparing two meals a day is by cooking the same meat for both lunch and dinner. What I do is completely change the main vegetables I partner with the meat. The boiled chicken ginger is great with pan-roasted thymed tomato and, buttered green beans and carrots. The green beans is called baguio beans maybe because it came from baguio? There’s also string beans and green beans but how are they different from each other? – Baguio and String Beans are all Green beans. Green beans has two main varieties, either bush or pole. Bush green beans plants grow to around 2 feet and produces shorter green beans. While the pole green beans grows up to 10 feet and produces longer green beans. Each variety of green bean also has different breeds. . Does this mean that string beans or sitaw, and baguio beans are both green beans that are different variety and breed? – Dinner * Boiled ginger chicken * Pan-roasted thymed tomato * Buttered baguio beans and carrots – Macros: 503 kcal Carbs 20g, Fat 20g, Protein 62g Sodium 673mg, Sugar 8g Macros are estimates only* – #healthyfied #healthyfiedme #dinner #realfood #panlasangpinoy #igersmanila #farming #healthy #healthyfood #homecooking #lchf #keto #diabeticfood #hypertension
