Keto Day 71: the ketogenic diet is incredible. All three little ones are sick, fevers ranging from 103-105 Needless to say nobody slept last night… I keep thinking to myself it’s a miracle I’m able to function, but then I remember before keto I would not have been able to. Running on ketones literally makes me feel like superwoman. There’s no other way to describe it. Broke my 19 hour fast with some delicious #ketofriendly takeout from a local diner.
